Account & Login

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password"
  2. Enter your registered email address
  3. Check your email for a password reset link
  4. Click the link and create a new password

If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact your school administrator.

If you're having trouble logging in:

  • Make sure you're using the correct username and password
  • Check that Caps Lock is not on
  • Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try using a different browser

If problems persist, contact your school's IT department.

To update your profile:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on your profile icon or name
  3. Select "Profile Settings" or "Edit Profile"
  4. Update your information and save changes

Note: Some information like student ID may only be editable by administrators.

Grades & Academics

To view your grades:

  1. Log in to the student portal
  2. Navigate to the "Grades" or "Academic Records" section
  3. Select the term or semester you want to view
  4. Your grades for each subject will be displayed

Grades are updated by teachers after assessments are completed and reviewed. The timing depends on:

  • Type of assessment (tests, quizzes, assignments)
  • Your school's grading policies
  • Teacher's grading schedule

Major exam results are typically available within 1-2 weeks after the exam period.

To download your report card:

  1. Go to the "Reports" or "Documents" section
  2. Select the academic period
  3. Click the download or print button
  4. Choose PDF format for best results

Fees & Payments

To pay fees online (for parents):

  1. Log in to the parent portal
  2. Navigate to the "Fees" or "Payments" section
  3. View your outstanding balance
  4. Click "Pay Now" and select your payment method
  5. Complete the payment process

A receipt will be generated automatically after successful payment.

Your fee history is available in the "Fees" section. You can view:

  • All past payments with dates
  • Outstanding balances
  • Payment receipts (downloadable)
  • Fee breakdown by category

Attendance

To view your attendance:

  1. Log in to your portal
  2. Navigate to the "Attendance" section
  3. Select the date range or month
  4. View your attendance summary and details

Parents can report student absences by:

  • Using the "Report Absence" feature in the parent portal
  • Sending a message to the class teacher
  • Contacting the school administration directly

Please provide the reason for absence and expected return date.

Communication

To send a message to a teacher:

  1. Go to the "Messages" or "Communication" section
  2. Click "New Message" or "Compose"
  3. Select the teacher from the recipient list
  4. Write your message and click Send

Notifications can be received via:

  • In-app notifications (bell icon)
  • Email notifications
  • SMS notifications (if enabled by your school)

You can customize your notification preferences in Account Settings.
